These characteristics, which can be found only in the “Lycium Barbarum” variety - the one which grows in the Himalayan Chain -, make Goji Tibetan berries a so-special food. Goji Tibetan berries grow wild, then they’re placed in sun until dry at above 4000 metres heights. Himalaya is characterized by its extreme conditions, the most extreme on Earth. In January temperatures down to 40ºC under zero, in summer they rise over 30ºC. At above 4000 metres in heights thin air and long sunny days give as result immense levels of Sun power. To be able to survive and bloom in these hard conditions, Goji berry has developed these precious and astouding characteristics and properties.
